My story

Grew up on a Colorado ranch.

Our ranch was our family business. I know the blood, sweat and tears it takes to build one and how hard it is to let one go. I want to be the steady hands that carry your legacy forward.

The ranch

Where I learned to work.

My grandfather grew up with nothing and homesteaded a sheep and cattle ranch in northwest Colorado. My dad spent his life building it into a successful business.

Every summer I put in 18-hour days, seven days a week: bucking bales, fixing fence and working cattle and sheep. By 16, I was running the hay crew.

I figured I'd ranch my whole life. Then we sold it.

Where I learned to lead.

I went to school in Denver and I still live here. This is my community. I'm not going anywhere.

After the ranch sold, I became a consultant. I led teams and worked side by side with company leaders to launch products, grow sales and win new business.

I miss being in the driver's seat. Now I want to run one business and build on your legacy.
